To ensure that we can continue to provide you with the most proficient service whilst embracing the ever changing social and economic climate we wanted to reassure you that we are fully equipped to assist you in the following ways:-
- Meetings and communications can continue to be conducted by Facetime, Skype, Zoom, email etc
- We are pleased to offer electronic signing for the majority of documents
- Electronic anti money laundering checks can be undertaken so there is no need to deliver to us your original ID documents
- If you require, we are able to conduct your transactions electronically in a paperless fashion thereby assisting in reducing our mutual carbon footprint
We are passionate about the essence of our service remaining very personable, whilst utilising 21st century technology. With the above in place, we can undertake entire transactions on your behalf whilst you remain safe in your home.
